We worked on an ai-powered back office for high performing job postings. The Candidacy experience was where our main efforts were put, our goal was to create the customer facing form for users to fill out along with an entire back office where he managers can review, approve and schedule interviews manually along with manage their availability and schedules.
AI-powered recruitment platform that pre-qualifies candidates in real time and auto-schedules interviews — scaled to 1.2M applications in month one and acquired by AppCast in 2021.
